We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective,
- The item is damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@mysticfleur.com.or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
